For Authorized
Contractors
1)
If the authorized
contractor agrees to
construct a unit for a
customer and fails to
object to any part of the
requirements listed in
The Bill of Rights the
manufacture waive their
right to object at a
later date and waive
legal recourse against
The Toy Lot.com, Cowboy
Cadillac or Rv Truck and
the customer. The
contract is considered in
effect when a check is
cashed from The Toy
Lot.com, Cowboy Cadillac
or RV Truck without
exception.
2)
The authorized contractor
must supply each customer
a catalog listing all
suppliers of parts used
to construct the toter
and or Motorhome. This
catalog must include part
numbers.
3)
The authorized contractor
must supply each customer
a complete wiring diagram
of said construction.
4)
When the authorized
contractor signs check or
a contact supplied by The
Toy Lot.com, Cowboy
Cadillac or Rv Truck and
the customer agents, the
manufacture accepts the
manufacturing agreement
listed on this document.
This Bill of Right can be
found for public
inspection on the The Toy
Lot.com, Cowboy Cadillac
or Rv Truck and the
customer web site /billofrights.htm
5) If an
authorized contractor
fails to provide this
Bill of Right to a The
Toy Lot.com, Cowboy
Cadillac or Rv Truck and
the customer. Customer
the vendor and or
manufacture shall have no
legal recourse. Any legal
fees arising from this
shall be paid in full by
the vender and or
manufacture. If the
manufacture or vendor
cashes a company check
they have agreed to the
terms listed on the bill
of rights page. Any
contractor who agrees to
manufacture a conversion
for a customer supplied
by our companies shall
put the customer before
profit. The conversion
shall cost in parts and
labor equal 2/3rd
of the contract price. NO
SHORT CUTS OR LESS
EXPENSIVE PARTS AND
MATERAILS SHALL BE USED
TO GENERATE A HIGH PROFIT
MARGIN FOR THE
CONTRACTOR! The customer
shall retain a copy of
the signed contract in
case of disputes. If the
customer has lost a
contract or the contract
was lost in fire or storm
we shall not replace a
copy.
6) The
authorized contractor and
or manufacture shall
signed and return a final
bid before the vendor
signs a contact with a
client supplied by The
Toy Lot.com, Cowboy
Cadillac or Rv Truck and
the customer.
If the vendor does not
return this contact and
agrees to manufacture a
unit for a customer the
vendor and or manufacture
shall assume all
financial liability and
terms listed above
without recourse.
Funding
7) When a
authorized contractor,
manufacture, vendor
building a conversion,
agree to build a unit.
The owner of and or
owners and or authorized
contractor, manufacture,
vender agrees to allow
The Toy Lot.com, Cowboy
Cadillac or Rv Truck and
the customer to collect a
deposit from the
customer. The authorized
contractor, manufacture,
vendor building a
conversion, Shall not
fund personal bills,
other customers
conversions the funding
from our customers.
8)The
Toy Lot.com, Cowboy
Cadillac or Rv Truck and
the customer.
shall collect a deposit,
which will include the
sum not to exceed
$200,000.00 plus the
profit margin for the The
Toy Lot.com, Cowboy
Cadillac or Rv Truck and
the customer
conversion.
9) The
authorized contractor,
manufacture building a
conversion for a customer
shall agree to collect
remain funding from the
customer. The authorized
contractor, manufacture
building a coach shall
agree to complete and
deliver the unit before
requesting final payment.
The conversion company
shall purchase the
chassis and all
materials. The authorized
contractor, manufacture
and or vender building a
coach for cowboy Cadillac
shall keep the cowboy
Cadillac account current.
If the authorized
contractor, is more then
30 (Thirty Days) Late on
funding sales commission
for sales. Cowboycadillac
shall reserve the right
to hold any deposit until
the outstanding balance
is paid in full. The
authorized contractor,
manufacture and or vender
building a coach are
solely responsible to
refund the customer or
pay the outstanding sales
commission. The
vendor and or manufacture
shall assume all
financial liability and
terms listed above
without recourse
10) Final
payment for said project
shall be paid in full
within 10 days after
customer approves the
project and excepts
delivery, but not later
then 30 days the date of
delivery. Once a
conversion has been
delivered to the person
funding the conversion,
they shall be issued MSO
(Manufactures Statement
Of Origin). No
authorized contractor,
Vender and or
manufacture can issue an
MSO for a The
Toy Lot.com Cowboy
Cadillac or Rv Truck and
the customer. If the
customer refuses said
conversion and repairs
are not completed The Toy
Lot.com Cowboy Cadillac
or Rv Truck and the
customer shall retain the
right to hold the deposit
until the problem is
resolved.
11) When a
authorized contractor,
manufacture building a
conversion for a Customer
agrees to build a unit
using the label name. The
manufacture shall agree
that any additional sales
generate by a The Toy
Lot.com, Cowboy Cadillac
or Rv Truck and the
customer either directly
or indirectly shall
remain a The Toy Lot.com,
Cowboy Cadillac or Rv
Truck and the customer.
If a The Toy Lot.com,
Cowboy Cadillac or Rv
Truck and the customer
and or sale lead, creates
additional sales for the
authorized contractor,
vendor and or manufacture
the customer sales lead
must be sent directly to
The Toy Lot.com, Cowboy
Cadillac or Rv Truck and
the customer within 24
hour.
12) If the
authorized contractor,
manufacture fails to
provide the lead directly
to The Toy Lot.com,
Cowboy Cadillac or Rv
Truck and the customer.

contractor, manufacture
is in breach of the
agreement. Furthermore
the authorized
contractor, manufacture
shall waive any right to
funding being held on
current construction
projects until the
additional sale and or
sales are final. The Toy
Lot.com, Cowboy Cadillac
or Rv Truck and the
customer shall receive
30% of the gross sales
price as a commission
from authorized
contractor, vender and or
manufacture. The Toy Lot
has the right under this
contact to impose a
$300.00 Dollar a day late
payment charge. In
any case the The
Toy Lot.com, Cowboy
Cadillac or Rv Truck and
the customer
shall receive the
conversion at (Zero)
additional cost.
Any dispute shall be made
in writing. The dispute
shall be mailed certified
delivery via The US
Postal Service. The
dispute shall be mailed

fails to follow these

additional charges for

shall not be held liable
for lose of funding and

outside deals.
13a) If the
authorized contractor,
vender, manufacture has
funding from our
customers they must
maintain the funding in
an escrow account. The
authorized contractor,
vender, manufacture can
only spend the money on
our customers coach. At
any time the customer or
our company can demand a
full accounting and proof
of deposits. If the
deposits do not match the
funding spent to date the
contract will be
terminated. The
authorized contractor,
vender, manufacture shall
refund the remaining
balance to our company
with 10 days. The Toy Lot
has the right under this
contact to impose a

written objection to the

binding !

14) If a
customer and or
authorized contractor,
manufacture creates a
deal outside of this Bill

authorized contractor,

creates the unit. The
authorized contractor,
manufacture shall be
awarded (zero)
compensation. The
Customer shall
receive the
unit either under
construction or completed
at no
additional cost to
the customer. The
authorized contractor,
vender, manufacture who
breached this agreement
shall waive all claims
and legal recourse. Under
this contract the
authorized contractor,
vender, manufacture shall
pay the legal cost for
our company without
objection.
15) Any
authorized contractor,
manufacture and or
customer whom accept a
contract either directly
from The Toy Lot or an
agent agrees to these
terms unconditionally. The
authorized contractor,
vendor and or manufacture
shall give the customer,
a copy of the Bill of
Rights at the time of
closing. If
the authorized
contractor, manufacture
fails to supply and or
review the Bill Of Rights
with the The
Toy Lot.com, Cowboy
Cadillac or Rv Truck and
the customer.

collect the funding from

authorized contractor,

assume all financial

16) The
authorized contractor,

week of construction.

Furthermore this insures
the project is on time
and being complete within
the guidelines listed
above. If
the authorized
contractor, vendor
does not e-mail the
photos during each week
of construction the
vendor and or manufacture
shall assume all
financial liability and
terms listed above
without recourse.
17) The
customer shall retain a
copy of the signed
contract in case of
disputes. If the customer
has lost a contract or
the contract was lost in
fire or storm we shall
not replace a copy. Under
our agreement we are only
required to supply a
contract in disputes of a
criminal act to a law
enforcement agancy. When
a customer signs a
contract they agree to
all written statements
and waive rights to claim
they were unware of the
Bill of Rights.
18) The
Full Coach Limited
Warranty established a
new standard for
Motorhome warranties in
1999, 2008 and 2011; it
continues to be the very
best, most complete
warranty offered in the
Motorhome industry. We
are happy to provide a
complete copy here for
you to study and compare
with any other Motorhome
warranty you choose.
Once you
do, we are confident you
will recognize the Full
Coach Limited Warranty as
the kind of protection
every Motorhome should
have. The warrants the
construction for ten (10)
years, and sidewall
lamination for five (5)
years. Each model has its
own unique additional set
of warranties depending
upon its type of chassis,
generator, etc.
19) Any
authorized contractor,
vender and or manufacture
wanting to benefit from

Cowboy Cadillac or RV
Truck and the customer.
Label name must agree to
all of the following
before signing a purchase
order and or contact to
construct a unit using
the The Toy Lot label. If
the manufacture objects
to any point in the Owner
Bill of Rights it must be
stated in writing before
work begins. Any
objection shall be sent
certified mail to the

Cancellation
Policy:
Once the order has been
placed it cannot be
cancelled. The order is
considered placed when
the contract is signed or
a verbal order results in
a payment for goods or
services. The contract
shall be mailed to the
address listed on the
contract or faxed. Faxed
signed contracts are to
be considered as
original. Orders are
consider either written
or verbal contracts
between a person who
contacts either Cowboy
Cadillac or DBA RVTRUCK
or a person acting on
behalf of the owners of
said project. Custom one
off projects are billed
at the rate of $350.00 US
DOLLARS per man hour plus
transportation and
development cost. The
hourly rate does not
reflect other cost not
listed in the user
policy. On custom one off
projects the customer
shall fund the project
before work begins.

products seats, wood kits
consoles and or any
custom material ordered
online or over the
telephone or by sales
representatives cannot be
returned. Custom made
parts sold via the
e-store may require
custom installation by a

No exchanges. No refunds!
All sales are final on
